## Order Automation

Zestcode builds custom automated order processing (also called order ingestion or automated order entry) for wholesalers and manufacturers with trade customers. The system receives trade orders by email in any format, PDF and CSV purchase orders, Excel, Word or plain text in the email body, extracts and validates them, maps each customer's product codes to your SKUs, applies agreed customer pricing, detects duplicate purchase orders, holds exceptions in a review and approval queue, and creates sales orders directly in your order management or ERP system through its API. Supported systems include Linnworks, Unleashed, Cin7, Brightpearl, NetSuite, Sage, Katana, QuickBooks Commerce and Shopify. It can bypass a Shopify or storefront layer to remove per-order transaction fees, and moves from full human review to confidence-based automatic processing as accuracy is proven.
