We charge a flat fee of £90 Ex VAT per hour for ad-hoc work and full website builds. This drops to £80 Ex VAT per hour for clients on a rolling 30 day retainer.

For larger projects (over 10 hours), we'll provide a fixed fee based on our hourly rate, so you're never billed by the clock on a big piece of work.

We adapt to how you like to work. Communication is typically through email, Slack or a project management tool such as Asana, ClickUp or Trello, and you'll always have a direct line to the person building your site. We keep you updated as work progresses rather than going quiet between milestones.

Yes. Every quote we provide includes a clear, detailed technical specification. If you're still shaping the idea, we can work with you to define the scope and turn it into a professional document you're happy to sign off before any development starts.

We hand over clean, well-documented code along with any handover packs, user guides or training videos you need. Everything is yours, with nothing held back on our servers, so you're never locked in to us to keep the site running.

Absolutely. We can fully support existing client websites on either a retainer or ongoing ad-hoc work. We'd typically recommend a "code audit" first, so we can review the site and the build in full and flag improvements across performance, security, code quality and visual defects.

A full code audit for a typical WordPress site is around 3.5 hours of development time, and around 6 hours for Laravel. You'll then get a full report with priority markers and an optional quote against each finding, all of which you can pass on to your client as your own.
