The manual admin between selling and teaching
A training provider's systems tend to split neatly: something sells the course, something manages the learner and the compliance record, and Moodle delivers the learning. The gaps between them are where the manual work lives. A booking comes in, and an administrator creates the Moodle account, enrols the learner on the right course, sends their login, and later returns to check completion and copy the result back into the CRM or onto a certificate.
