Connect Raisely To The Rest Of Your Systems
Raisely handles campaigns, donations and peer to peer fundraising well. The friction usually starts when that data needs to reach your CRM, your finance system and your email platform. We build the connections that close that gap.
Automated Donation Sync
Donations, refunds and recurring gifts pushed into your CRM and finance system as they happen.
Built Around Your Data Model
We map Raisely profiles, users and custom fields onto how your organisation actually records supporters.
Webhook and API Expertise
We work with Raisely's REST API and webhooks directly rather than forcing everything through a generic connector.
Charity Sector Aware
Gift Aid flags, restricted funds and supporter consent handled deliberately, not as an afterthought.
UK-Based Team
Our Northamptonshire team works with you directly. No outsourcing and no account managers in between.
Ongoing Support
We monitor the integration, handle failures and adapt it as your campaigns change.

Raisely API Integration FAQs
Raisely API Integrations Explained
Most charities do not have a Raisely problem. They have a gap between Raisely and everything else. This is what that work involves and how we scope it.
What a Raisely API integration actually does
Raisely is a fundraising platform built for charities and nonprofits. It covers campaign websites, one off and regular giving, peer to peer fundraising and ticketed events, and it holds donations, users and fundraiser profiles.
What it does not do is run your whole organisation. Your finance team works in an accounting system. Your supporter care team works in a CRM. Your communications team works in an email platform. Without a connection, someone exports a CSV every week and pastes it somewhere, and the numbers drift.
A Raisely API integration removes that step. When a donation is made, the transaction reaches your finance system, the supporter record is created or updated in your CRM, and the right journey starts in your email platform. Nobody re-keys anything.
What Raisely exposes to developers
Raisely publishes a REST API and webhook support alongside its off the shelf integrations, which is what makes bespoke work practical.
- A JSON REST API covering users, donations, campaigns and fundraiser profiles
- Custom fields on profiles and donations, with public and private data handled separately
- Webhooks with configurable events, so your systems can react as things happen rather than on a nightly poll
- Zapier support for simpler flows that do not justify custom development
The public and private field distinction matters more than it sounds. It is what lets you pull the operational detail your CRM needs without exposing supporter data on a public campaign page. We scope that explicitly at the design stage rather than discovering it during build.
Off the shelf connectors compared with custom work
Raisely already integrates with a number of platforms directly, including Salesforce, Raiser's Edge NXT, Keela and Aplos, plus analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Facebook.
If one of those covers your requirement, use it. We will tell you when that is the case rather than quoting for work you do not need.
Custom development earns its place when the standard connector does not fit your data model, when you are on a CRM with no Raisely connector, when you need conditional logic such as routing restricted funds to different finance codes, or when several systems need to stay in step rather than just two.
Exporting Raisely data by hand?
Send us the systems involved and how often you reconcile. We will tell you what can be automated and what it would cost.
Integrations we build around Raisely
- CRM sync into Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or a bespoke supporter database
- Finance integrations with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage, including recurring giving and refunds
- Email and marketing platform connections so supporter journeys trigger from real donation events
- Website and campaign microsite integrations where Raisely sits behind your own front end
- Custom reporting dashboards pulling live campaign performance into one view
- Data migration and clean up when moving onto Raisely from another platform
How we scope and deliver the work
- Discovery. We map what you have, what talks to what today, and where the manual steps are.
- Design. We define the data flows, the triggers, the field mapping and what should happen when something fails.
- Development. We build against the Raisely API and webhooks, in a test environment, against real shaped data.
- Testing. We check donation, refund and recurring gift scenarios, not just the happy path.
- Deployment. We go live in a controlled way, usually alongside the existing manual process for a short period.
- Support. We monitor for failures, alert on them, and adjust as your campaigns change.
Error handling gets more attention than most integration briefs allow for. A donation that silently fails to reach your CRM is worse than no integration at all, because nobody is checking any more.
Who this suits
This work tends to make sense for charities running regular giving programmes where reconciliation is a monthly job, organisations running peer to peer or event fundraising at volume, and any team where the finance and fundraising numbers have to agree at the end of the month.
If you are running a single annual appeal and exporting once a year, a custom integration probably is not worth the money. We will say so.
